Submission & Presentation Guidelines

All accepted and presented papers at ISTAI26 will be included in the conference proceedings, provided that they comply with the formatting, review, and registration requirements of the conference.

Authors are requested to prepare their submissions in accordance with the official ISTAI26 template and submission rules. Full details regarding templates, formatting instructions, and submission procedures will be announced on the conference website.

The conference welcomes original contributions related to intelligent sensor technologies, artificial intelligence systems, signal processing, multimodal sensing, edge AI, cyber-physical systems, and trustworthy AI applications.

Poster Preparation Guidelines

Poster dimensions for on-site presentation: 85 cm wide × 120 cm high.

Posters should clearly present the title, author information, objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions of the study in a visually readable format.

Online and Video Presentation Guidelines

ISTAI26 supports online and video presentation options for participants who are unable to attend the conference physically due to travel, visa, financial, or personal constraints.

Authors who prefer online or video presentation should contact the conference secretariat for further instructions. Upon completion of registration, accepted papers may be scheduled as online or video presentations.

During the conference dates, approved video presentations may be displayed within the conference program or made accessible through the official conference communication channels.

Important Notes for Authors

Papers should be prepared in English.

Full papers should follow the official ISTAI26 formatting guidelines. Authors are advised to prepare their manuscripts carefully, including title, author information, abstract, keywords, methodology, findings, and references in accordance with academic writing standards.

The recommended paper length is 5 to 15 pages, including figures, tables, and references, unless otherwise stated in the conference template.

All submissions should be uploaded in the required editable format and PDF format through the conference submission system.
